چکیده

ABC transporters is a type of transmembrane widely found in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. They are involved plant signal transduction, secondary metabolite transport abiotic stress response. According to the transcriptome data Hydrangea, this study was proposed analyze members transporter gene family, physical chemical properties, structure, phylogeny expression patterns under aluminum using bioinformatics method. The results showed that there were 48 family which belonged 7 subfamilies respectively, among C subfamily had most members; subcellular localization 50% located on plasma membrane; properties domain analysis hydrophobic proteins, different specific conserved motifs, but motif1 motif2 all present hydrangea transporter; A phylogenetic tree constructed with 129 Arabidopsis thaliana , from Hydrangea clustered into respectively. profile HmABCA1, HmABCC1, HmABCC6, HmABCC14  and HmABCD1  gene upregulated root HmABCG1 up-regulated leaves after treatment. provide reference for further tolerance regulation genes hydrangea.

Identification of aluminum species in an aluminum-accumulating plant, hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla), by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.

The use of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in negative ion mode was investigated as a direct probe for identifying Al species in Al-accumulating hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla) samples. Cell sap solutions of hydrangea leaves were purified using Sephadex G-10 liquid chromatography and each fraction was analyzed using ESI-MS and ESI-MS/MS to identify Al species. In hydrangea ...

Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of the Gene Encoding Transcription Factor MYB44 of Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) under Salt Stress Conditions

Sunflower oilseeds (Helianthus annuus L.) are widely used around the world. Soil salinity negatively affects many morphological and physiological traits of sunflowers. Oil seed sunflower line tolerant to salinity stress (AS5305) was planted in normal and salinity stress conditions in a completely randomized design with two biological replications in a controlled environment. Salinity was applie...

Global Transcriptome Analysis Reveals Distinct Aluminum-Tolerance Pathways in the Al-Accumulating Species Hydrangea macrophylla and Marker Identification.

Hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla) is a well known Al-accumulating plant, showing a high level of aluminum (Al) tolerance and accumulation. Although the physiological mechanisms for detoxification of Al and the roles of Al in blue hydrangea sepals have been reported, the molecular mechanisms of Al tolerance and accumulation are poorly understood in hydrangea. In this study, we conducted a genome...
